All documention should be submitted to both the School Nurse AND to the Director of Athletics. If necessary, you can download the blank Physical Form here or scan/upload your information during the online registration process.

Unified Track is $300.  The Middle School Athletic User Fee is $210.00 per sport/season.  The winter sports of Ice Hockey ($500.00 per season + the cost of practice ice) and Alpine Ski ($150.00 + the cost of a Student Season Pass at Nashoba Valley Ski Area) - please do not buy your own ticket, as we purchase them at a reduced rate.  These additional costs reflect the up-charge of off-site facility usage.
